Re: Weber BBQ's
We have been using our baby Q for about 6 years and have found it to be a pretty good bbq. It will cook more than a standard BBQ will. It cooks roast pork to perfection with fantastic crackling. Doesn't it Dot?
I have never had any problems with undercooked or steamed/stewed steak. I have mine medium rare and Cheryl has hers well done, both ways are cooked well every time. I also have a copy of Phil Cooks cook book that has some fantastic info in it. Phil Cook was a rep for weber and is a very knowledgeable man with everything weber.

Re: Weber BBQ's
I recooked and smoked a 3.7kg ham with apricot, soy, bourbon, mustard, brown vinegar mixed for the Glaze for approx 3hrs in the high lid Baby Q. There was not a skerrick left as all who ate couldn't stop eating it, the best way to eat Ham hot-superb. I used to do the hams in a Gas Fired Kettle Weber but when on the road the Q works just as good.
Cheers Kev.

But they still don't cook steak properly
Seems there only three members here who savour a good steak.

Medium rare steaks for us and the Baby Q does them to perfection along with great roasts, bacon and eggs etc etc. We are very happy with our Q.
