Re: Good morning daily
Bernie, can you get the anti-virals for that? Or you just going to let it take its course?
Cheers

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning All.
An update on my eyelid lift operation.
The op to lift my 2 upper eyelids was performed on Tuesday at approx 3pm. I returned home at 5pm and while sitting on the lounge at 7pm I received an extreme headache and blood started pouring out from the incisions and running down my face. It's estimated approx 150ml which we, Julie and I, were unable to stop and finally called an ambulance. The operators were able to ease the blood flow and took me to John Hunter Hospital where I stayed overnight, returning home Wednesday 11am.
I have an appointment with the specialist for midday and will have to catch a taxi there and back as I can't see well enough to drive. The eyelids are quite painfull, requiring 4 hourly painkillers.
It will be interesting to see what the specialist has to say and do.
I won't be able to collect our MH from Wollongong for some time.

Re: Good morning daily
Morning all. Everyone seems to be falling to bits on here. Must have something to do with getting older. Apart from having a lot of dental work done I have had vertigo. Not a good feeling and it has not gone away completely yet. Was up on the shed roof yesterday and did not like that one bit. Has left me with ringing (tinnitus) in the ears but the Doc. wasn't very interested. Said it was part of getting older
Hope all the sickies start felling better soon. Cheers John

Riverlander, Tell your Dr to get up on a roof after you ply him with a bottle of whiskey. Another beautiful sunny no rain day but it does make it easy to get things done outside. Wow George seems they didn't seal the little veins off too well , give the surgeon hell for letting you go home so early...
