Good morning.
Finally finished the van .
Even more excitement in down town Degilbo... some of the blocks which used to be the Degilbo school have sold... there were people working on two of them, doing what I don't know... anyway one of them started a grass fire ,soo we had the volunteer bush fire brigade arrive lights flashing...then the ambulance arrived lights flashing...I'm still to find out why...then the fire brigade from Biggenden arrived...no lights...
I'm guessing that the person/s don't understand the consequences of working in high dead grass??
Took over an hour to control the blaze...
BUT...it's bacon and eggs day

Very humid here. We might be in for a ripper of a storm today. Leaving Pilliga baths (Shirley) to head to Burren Junction.

The MiL is in for a bit of a reality check. She told us she has never put fuel in a car, and she hasn't driven for a few years. She says she is up for the challenge.
Some of the family have come down covid. But you get that, if you spend time at a hospital, these days.

3 bags of lemons juice and zest and pulp made into powder. 3 more bags to go but today is 60 kg of tomato’s to turn in to pasta sauce for the nect 12 months use. Who said retirement was relaxing. Cheers Robert
