It would have been nicer if they had said it is all covered for a mth or so to give you a chance to get back on your feet, remember, there is no money being parted with until all their criteria are met, this includes financing the replacement fence, I really feel for those that had nothing to fall back on when they were flooded out or burnt out, all the claims the insurance mobs make about being there for you when you need it most .... todate, for us, has been nothing but B/S ... yeah, they will organise temporary accommodation, out of your claim money, and with a bit added for all their hard work making phone calls ..... Ya get nothin' fa nothin' out of these mobs ......

Get onto your MP for some assistance, that's what they are there for, doesn't matter who or what your political likes / dislikes use them for all you can, sometimes they can come in handy, give it a go.

Looks good Bernie.

Nigel reckons Tassy is going to be horrible weather wise. Better let them know. Mainly windy. Same for Vic and SA. .... Windy enough to blow a Japanese Beach scene off a canvas.

Meandering down the Newell. Will end up somewhere near Forbes today.

Good morning everyone. I had a bit of trouble with the old PhP message earlier. I could read everything then, when I tried to reply Php. Looks to be ok now.
It's a beautiful sunny morning here in downtown Mulwala.
I've finally tested negative to covid, so I can behave like a human again. The MiL is doing it hard, as you would expect.
She gets pretty upset as everyone is wishing her well etc. The poor old girl has so much relearning to do. Terrie has her over at Yarrawonga now learning how to use a debit card. She has only ever used cash before, for small stuff.
Anyway, have a top day everybody, safe travels.

Late good morning/early afternoon.

Home again following a week at Mingo Crossing spent with about 40 other rigs from home. Sounds a lot but there is heaps of space so we didn’t feel crowded.

Erich took this photo one evening.

Called in to Bernie and Carol’s for a cuppa and sticky beak at the Motorhome on the way home.
