Good morning.
I agree Dot... and his brother isn't much better 🤣.
We had a sorta busy day, first we needed to go to the chemist for our monthly dose of life givers 😁
Then went and bought herself a new set of wheels...me wheeling and dealing again, hay Terry 🤔
Picture at the bottom.
I planted pepino cuttings 6 in the new garden and the same amount in pots, I bought them on line.. will see how they go... they looked ok with small roots starting...
And today we are off 📴 to Bundy we are picking up a new "to us" table and chairs..
You must be sleeping well David with the youngen 😁 keeping you busy.
Keep safe.
Bernie.

It's a bit wild and woolly here in upper Mannum today, might be a good day to start ripping this engine apart, doesn't look like a good day to get the garden care equipment we bought yesterday at Total Tools out of the Prius ...... We bought an EGO brush cutter head and hedge trimmer head to go on the power head unit that came with a 5Ah battery and charger .... and a bonus whipper snipper that no doubt will remain in "as new" condition for quite a while. When they have their next "sale" on, I plan to get a chainsaw clean skin and look at a replacement welder for the one that got used once to build the welder trolley
seems the bonus $$ are limited to a state based system, there was no money available in NSW, yet $370 back here in SA ..... strange system .....

Terry, you're not going to use Forscan to have a look and see what's happening?

It will just tell me which cyls are poor performers by dropping injectors and watching for the change in the EGR readings, it's first guess will be a coil, then and injector ..... it can't diagnose mechanical issues.
Having worked with this stuff for over 40 yrs, the computer can only really detect faulty sensors, if you get a heap of fault codes, it generally a bad negative to body contact that is common to those particular sensors. Most common after someone has washed the engine and/or under body .....

Morning all.

bit wet overnight. There was a 60's band last night. Family affair. Was excellent lots of people dancing, really good atmosphere.
Today, people will be packing up ready to leave tomorrow.

Terry, Forscan is the universal tool. It just doesn't report codes. It can show real time data across all the buses (demanded and actual) and reset all the modules and change some deeper configuration settings. The app is free. The advanced section is free for about a month. The adapter is about $100.

I use it all the time on the Territory. Mainly to reset all the modules. But recently, used it to recode the computer to accept a new valve body in the 6R80 auto.

I thought I'd mention it before you dive head first into it, although, you probably know all this with your 40 years experience. ;)

Below are some of the options in the Territory folders
