Morning all.
No good about yesterday Bernie. Nothing worse when people let you down.
I gave the new cardiac guy the flick for the same reason..
Today is the last day of highschool. Exams next. High school is almost over.

Good morning everyone. It looks like our bout of bad weather has moved on. Beautiful sunny morning here right now.
We are going over to the ocean beach at The Spit today, Terrie's cousin is coming for a visit.
We might get the Winny back into some sort of order later on. We have removed everything that was removable and cocky bombed it.
There will be a serious cull of what goes back in, then I will weigh it again.
Bernie, I can't believe that the hospital people didn't contact you. Shambolic.
Have a top day everybody, safe travels all those out and about.
Anyone heard anything sensible from Dot or Helen?

I'm moving up Maslow's RV triangle.
Who find themselves constantly adjusting the shower mixer as the hot water tank empties and mixes with cold? .... always chasing the right temperature? Well, not me any more!
Installed one of these in the shower pipes.

Just set the temp and turn on the water. It mixes the hot water and cold water automatically and adjusts the mix as the hot water cools down.

In hospital yesterday, picked up by limo and at hospital by 6:15am.. All part of the Joint Replacement Clinic Package. Only money from my side is the Hospital excess as part of Medibank Health. First cab of the rank in the theatre and all went well so far. Took till about 5pm for the nerve block to clear aboit 95%.
Physio had me up doing a side shuffle the length of the bed. Will do the same today then a ward walk with the nurses. Surgeon will be in this morning so will know if I will be out of critical care ward and a likely home time. Looking like Wednesday/Thursday at the moment if I have to stay in Critical Care another 24 hrs.
Food is crap but staff are great. Trust everyone is well in the outside world. Cheers Robert

Good morning everyone.
Well... Carol had her appointment with doctor regarding this hearing test, seems the medication that she takes for blood pressure can cause the dizziness ACCA vertigo. First time she has met with this doctor...he seems thorough...so she is off the BP meds...and we are doing pb tests at home twice a day till she sees the doctor again.
I fixed another light in the house yesterday... that was one of the goodies bought at Bunnings...I need a small fibreglass repair kit I forgot to buy... another Bunnings coming up...we will be in Maryborough tomorrow for miss Os birthday... bonus

On another note...I will miss for the first time of my life... Bathurst...I will probably..
Maybe...catch bits at the pub

Nothing planned for today I may mow the back yard.
I hope all goes well for you Robert and home again in no time again

Good morning everyone. It looks like another beautiful day coming, but the man says we might get showers later this morning.
We had a lovely day over at the seaway yesterday with Terrie's cousin. The whales put on a bit of a show about a mile offshore, and the lunch we had at the cafe was excellent. I had spent the early part of the day vacuuming in the Winny.
Jon, is that thingo an electronic tempering valve? Did you fit it in the bus or the house?
Robert, I hope that all goes well and you are back on your feet soon.
Safe travels everybody, have a top day.

Hi all!
Helen can you take a pic for me of the track down to the beach please?
Is it usable or have a big undercut from that rough seas a few weeks ago?
Scattered my sisters ashes off that lump of granite. (at low tide!)
