Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

More heading your way too Jon!
Reckon it'll be 38 today with pretty strong winds with it.
Then maybe late showers just make it feel like the tropics!

Good morning everyone, I'm back in Mulwala now. It's already 24⁰ heading for a top of 36. Won't be much fun this arvo.
I stopped off at the MOVE Museum at Kialla near Shepparton on the way back here. As well as a great collection of everything automotive, there is a collection of bicycles and ladies dresses. And, best of all, a fantastic collection of everything once made by the Furphy foundry.
I can thoroughly recommend a visit if you are anywhere close by.
Take care everybody, get well all those that aren't. Safe travels.
Cheers
David

Dave we have a "modern" Furphy (but looks similar!) here in the marina that is used for watering trees. It is mounted on it's own trailer with a Honda firepump on it. There is a platform for two on the rear for holding fire hoses. I presume the Furphy factory is still in production? Terrible day here! Already reminds me of some of the terrible bushfires from the past. If one started there is no way it could be stopped. Everything is so dry, getting hotter & the wind is already around 37-40kmHr with even stronger gusts.

Bruce, there is one of those new Furphy fire fighting trailers on display too. I dont think Furphy actually cast anything now, but I might be wrong. They still do steel fabrication though. Some interesting cars and more trucks than I expected too.
It already is a hot dry windy day here. I hope that nobody is careless with their campfire today.
Cheers

Good morning All. 21*, cloudy and drizzly but 29* forecast for tomorrow afternoon.

The pain in my shoulder area wasn't easing so I gave the Physiotherapist the flick following Tuesday's visit and as I walked past an acupuncture clinic on Thursday morning I decided to give it a go.

I walked in and asked if they had an appointment available for Friday and was told that the person who was booked for right then had not arrived so I was ushered in to a treatment room immediately.

The practioner is the son of one I went to 20 years ago with great success and after 45 minutes of jabbing and vibrating I headed home with another appointment for next Monday along with the advice to apply a heat pack as often as possible. I have had very little pain since but wish I could say the same regarding my eye pain which increases whenever I look down, like as I am posting this.

I'm getting bored Jon 😁.
Spent a hour or so putting a tube thingy to hold the anti-rattlers instead of inside the motorhome..
Before you shoot me down, it will be shortened a bit and cleaned and painted 😁🙄.
Bernie.
