Wasn't a wasted trip at all Bernie!
Bet Olivia was glad to see yoose & show off her car!
Has she 'femaled' it at all yet? (pink, pink, pink?)
Did you get a tour around the block in it?
Good morning daily

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone, it's a pleasant morning here.
Ive been up in the roof space and on the roof before it got too hot. Did a bit of a visual on some water damage on the ceiling. I'm thinking that the skylight in the kitchen has got to go. Flat rain always causes a few problems here.
I tried watching the GP yesty, it was a bit hard to follow what was going on.
Safe travels all those out and about.

No Bruce...she had an appointment elsewhere so only a few minutes with her... she's still smiling
And no to pink 🩷... but it has a female name Zena , partly because of the number plate...

Re: Good morning daily
Huh, you think you were up early Terry, and in need of a scan? Last Sunday we had to be at the airport by 6am meaning we had to be up at 4.30am and for me that was unheard of but I was awake before that wake up call and that my friend says I need a mental assessment.

Queen of the Banal & OT chatter and proud of it. If it offends you then tough titty titty bang bang.
Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone.
4.30 is my normal wake-up Dot.
Another slow day, fiddled with the car trailer... clearance lights arrived late in the arvo... might play some more today.
Carol had a small win
.
Our son will be operated on today, hopefully they will fix the issue with his heart......
I have some strange little creatures eating the leaves on my Papino plants... just small holes about as big as a pinhead...so they will be attacked today with a spray...
Rain predicted for today ??
Keep safe.p

Re: Good morning daily
Just had a call from Margaret, at least what she was saying was easier to understand today. Last night they gave her both Endone and Fentanyl, so at least Mexico and Canada still have some stock available (
)
Seems they installed two stents, dug out all the crap and now she says what is left looks like raw steak .... but the base of the ankle joint wasn't visible, so that was bon-us
No idea if she is coming home today, or even tomorrow, so the job that was supposed to be here tomorrow, fixing yet another F up created by a complete numb skull, on the "Bus from Hell", the very last job out before the workshop turned into a pile of ash, will need to be postponed to a time yet to be determined .... and I received a phone call a few days ago, asking what parts they had to bring for me to install their new inverter and change over switch etc ..... that I didn't even know I was signed up to do ...
I'm guessing it was very clever wording to Margaret that she didn't realise she had signed me up for the job ....
This customer sent me photos of the install, I can't remember much about it ..... but it certainly doesn't look like a fun job either .... and I have enough "not fun jobs" of my own to even get started on, that must be finished before we had off towards the end of April to attend the friends get together in King Valley, then off to Taggerty .... gotta make it on time for this one, I need that third spoon

All the best for Margaret!
Terry I reckon do yourself a favour & cancel all jobs. I'm sure no one would expect any different.
You have much more personal issues to attend to. (IMO)

Re: Good morning daily
T1, if my memory is half way correct, you had far too much fun (not) playing with the bus from hell.
There was a bit of a running progress thread on how it was all going, at the time. Also remember something along the lines of, " glad it's gone, never want to see it again."
Good luck.
All the best for Margaret. Get well soon.
