Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

OMG I am trying hard to keep my eyes open and the boys have another 81ks to go. I might have concede defeat and hit the sack and hoping my Pog can do his winning thing. Good morning, everyone have a great day.

Morning everyone.
You have strange bed fellows Dot 😁
We we certainly removed the boredom ... went and visited our son at his place... Carol feels a lot better for it
Plus we had to go to the Goodguys after we left...now own a spot cleaner 🤔.
And then we stopped at Howard for lunch... which wasn't a good meal...and judging by the food left on other dinner's plates...we weren't alone in our thoughts...🤬
Nothing planned yet for today... but I may mow the lawn.
And it's bacon and eggs day at our abode 😁😋.
Keep safe everyone
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. It came up all ivercast and threatened to rain late yesty arvo. But it didn't. Maybe today.
That pub at Howard used to have the best meals going, up that way, Bernie. It was always popular on the weekends.
We did a bit of shopping in town then went to the Boonah Tavern for lunch. I can recommend the 300gm rump steak. It was huge. I even saved some for Bandit too.
I hope the medicos can sort out your sons woes soon Bernie. It must be very stressful for everyone.
We are moving today, not sure yet if it's going to be Dalveen or the Sandy Ck pub near Warwick.
Have a top day everybody, safe travels all those out and about.
Enjoy your bacon and egg Bernie.
Cheers
David

Morning all. Margaret rang me yesterday afternoon, at least another 2 days of these infusions to clear the calcium deposits, so maybe I'll be heading down Tuesday to pick her up .... so much for an over night stay .....

I'll have another attempt at this rewiring to get it away from behind the washing machine so I can finish fitting it.

Had a lot f it disconnected on Friday, then had 3 back to back visitors that eat a lot of the day, just bundled the last one out and Brian rang ..... lost the keys to his scooter and was stuck at the shopping centre just down the road.

Connected up the mega $$ trailer behind the Ford and headed down for the rescue "Looked everywhere I've been, put a notice in at the IGA front desk if anyone hands the in, has a big tag with my phone number on it"

Too big to fit in the scooter carrier on the drawbar, too heavy to just push it onto the tilt trailer, so a winch strap and a number of attempts and we had it loaded ....... just finished tying it down and a young lady walked over from the trolley corral and asked if this was our key that she found on the ground over there

So, did the long trip back to the yard, unloaded the scooter and sent Brian on his way, day wasted and had to put the whole lot of the wiring back to how it was, so I had lights etc

After that, yesterday was a no do nothing day

Let's hope today is a tad more productive, the bus from hell is in tomorrow for me to re-strap the batteries

Well I reckon Brian won't think your trip down the shops was wasted. He's got his scooter keys back. That's gotta be a bonus.
Cheers

I'll tell him to ring the RAA next time, would have used up about the same length of time till the young girl returned her trolley after shopping and found the key ... and I might have had the wiring sorted by now

The body certainly doesn't like that rolling around on the creeper trolley and trying to lean up between the chassis and the bins ...... At least the inverter that is going into Brian's boat is out now, just have to climb back under there and sort out which lot of cables in split conduit has to be relocated to the other side of the steps ......

Morning all n Dot...
All I done yesterday was mow the lawn 😁
And spent many trips to the shed looking for 3 bolts I had bought for a project...I put them safely away so I wouldn't loose them...I was successful in hiding them 🤬
I did eventually... find them.. probably forget what I was going to use them for... now.
Hopefully the taillights for the trailer will arrive today 🤔
Dave we have had many a meal at the pub in Howard but Saturdays meals have probably change our minds on frequenting there again...We haven't tried the pub at Tourbanlea... have you? You may have got wet yesterday looking at the BOM
I have bought a cuppla camera's to put on the house, Carol's a bit worried...we have more new people in the suburb than old...SO...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Morning all. Up early so I could do the dishes and have breakfast finished before the bus from hell arrived, next aim is to try and clear this headache.

Wiring was sort of sorted yesterday, need yet another hydraulic crimper it seems, can't find the one we bought most recently, so either it was in the fire or I've left it on a job or something ...... no doubt, as soon as it turns up, so will the other one reappear ...... this is either the 6th or 7th one I've bought

No news so far if Margaret is coming home tomorrow or not .... who knows, I might actually get this washing machine back together and have done the washing b the time they let her out .....
