Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Some photos taken in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, where we visited some friends for a couple of days. We first met them in Stockton/Newcastle CP some years ago.

Morning everyone.
Thanks George 😇. When do you head home...
I finally finished the lawns... and the wiper snipping..
Now I can watch it grow again 😄.
I'll do a quick trip to Biggenden this morning, I need one taillight bulb.
The only other thing I got up to was trying to interpret the instructions for the security camera I bought...my chinglish is not as good as it was 😡😡.
Carol will be off to bingo again today...
Are you pressing the wrong button's again Dot...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. It's another beautiful sunny morning here on the Gold Coast. Great grass growing weather.
I spent a bit of time on mowing and trimming yesty, might do more trimming today. Or not.
It's a weird feeling for me, going for a walk by myself. Dunno how long I can keep that up for.
What are you doing checking out gay bars in the UK George?
I would rather check out the beautiful old buildings than the new architecture anyday.
Safe travels everybody, enjoy whatever it is that you'll get up to.
Cheers
David

Just returned from the house, the demolition has begun ...... well, when the excavator gets there ..... so, at least we are that far into getting this claim settled. Back to getting the Winnie ready for the trip east ..... and the trailer

Good evening,
George, hope you’re feeling improved & the neck pain has eased, maybe buy a neck support like they use when suffering whiplash 🤔

I have enjoyed viewing your photos of England & following your holiday.

We had an early start went to Newcastle this morning, hopefully my glass brick guy will be here tomorrow 7.30am to finish replacing the bricks, he wanted to come today.

David are you & Terrie going to get another dog 🤔

Terry you will be able to cross one thing off your list when they finish the demolition.

Thanks Shirley.
We are spending most of our time with Leonie in Manchester. Her partner, Dylan, has gone back to Newcastle to see his mother and is staying at our house while there and also getting to spend some time with Sean, Beth, Arthur and Leonie's dog Xena. He will be back here before we do a bit more sightseeing. We have another 2 weeks before heading home.

Thanks Shirley, that part has been the major hurdle in getting this thing settled so we can move on with our lives.
Still waiting to see if we are getting an eviction notice from living in the Winnie on the concrete slab where the workshop was ..... it is zoned commercial/business and not residential, so by the council bylaws, we aren't allowed to live here .....

Shirley, we will at some point in the future. But not for a while.
I doubt if we would be lucky enough to get another 'dog of a lifetime', but we'll know when the time is right.
Cheers

Good evening, Keep those pics coming please George. Remember if you are near the Changing of the guards (london) would you see if my fav horse is on duty (Ormonde) he is the best ever cuz he bites everyone esp the stupid tourists   Get your neck etc seen to if you still have issues, those "sympathy collars" can mask other issues. Terry the council you now identify as a native and will not move on.But do move the van even if by a couple of feet.
