Court day today and we won.. See being a defiant pit bull bitch on steroids does pay off. It took 12mths but the scumbags excuse of "I am unemployed and have a crook shoulder" fell on deaf ears now he is on the bad debtors list and had the extra expenses (our costs) added to his bill. These con artists hope that people will just give up and will just put things down to bad experience but not this white duck..

Speaking of Justice prevails David here he is I had the job of looking after this beautiful boy when he won the blue Diamond for 2 yr olds way back in about 1990 ish I think. His name came into being because he was owned by a syndicate of lawyers. He is now in NZ and he is still the most magnificent animal.. And yes the chair conman will pay because if he doesn't the nice sheriff goes and pays him a visit. He has to do the direct debit thing if he stops paying he doesn't come off the bad debtors list - no loans, credit cards etc etc I think he knows by now we don't back down.
