At first I thought they were steps for you to get up & into bed !!

When Miss Meow gets up the steps, will she be able to get back down them? 3 legged Jake jumps up on the bed just fine, the face plant when he jumps back down isn't very stylish though We put the spare office chair next to the spare bed for him, the getting up was fine, but half a tonne of cat jumping down sent the chair wheeling away and a frantic cat making an unplanned jump for safety wasn't a pretty sight He no longer trusts chairs of any description

Meow used to have the stool that goes with the chairs to get up and down on but it got in our way, the steps G made can swivel every which way and also can be hidden away under the bed. Meow has some sort of injury (maybe thrown from a car when dumped) that makes jumping painful for her and yes she can get down on them easily.
