Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

George that news is not sounding too great. Hope Dylan and Leonie are going ok. It's just as hard for the partner as the patient. Thinking of them mate xxxx

Good morning everyone.
No Dot... clock remains the same up here 😁..

We done the market day...I bought herb's and lots of compost, chook poop 💩 cow 💩 ...and mushroom compost..Carol bought flowers and stuff 🤔...one hour to get there one hour of walking and looking at stuff and one hour back home... just in time for smoko 🥰..I have to replace the belt on the cement mixer so we can mix it all up....so that will be on today's agenda ..

We worked on the Hot 🔥 house for a bit...I think it will be tied down enough...BUT...I upset my knee in the process.
So I'm sorta limping around at the moment 😡😡

And we have reached the bacon and eggs day 🥰😋..
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Good morning, 6.06 unfortunately, I’m not & never have been a fan of daylight saving :(
8c sun just getting out of bed, 29c maximum predicted, no rain.

Thinking of Leonie George, she must of received an awful shock Julie phoning her with news of Dylan’s accident then finding him in critical condition in hospital, sending best wishes for a good outcome for Dylan.🙏

I had a roll up yesterday with one of my mates, first time on the green for awhile, I was a little rusty with weight, it was very fast, hopefully I’ll get back into playing regularly.

6.29 now, I’ll have to post quicker

Good morning everyone, welcome to clock fiddlers day.
It's bright and sunny here, with no rain in sight. I've been watering the garden to keep it all going and the wind is just drying it all out.
Spent most of the arvo cutting back a Bougainvillea. It's all in the bin now. Might have a rest from yard work today, and do a bit more in the shed.
Anyone going to watch the footy later today. It must be hard for all the Sydneysiders, with no NSW team playing.
Enjoy your long weekend if you're having one.
Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

At least we won't care who wins, just glad Penrith isn't in it

Bif time windy here this morning. I thought I'd get an extra hrs sleep by clock time, but the wind decided to tell Margaret to get me out of bed and put the awning away
Nearly the front half has come out of the sail track ..... yet another job to fix

No idea what I was doing yesterday or last night, but both knees are aching big time this morning ... it isn't cold by any means, so not a cold in the joints .... who knows .....

Might have a go at moving a few vehicles and other "stuff" from the back of the slab in preparation for the containers to arrive some time next week ....

Enjoy you bacon and eggs for those participating in the Bernie Sunday Breakfast menu .... mine was just the regular fruit toast and coffee .... if I start changing the menu, I might know what day it is ..... and I'm retired

Good morning All.
We have had further information regarding Dylan's injuries.
He has 8 broken ribs, 3 of them with multiple breaks, known as Flail Chest.

"Flail chest occurs when multiple adjacent ribs are fractured in at least two places, creating a "floating" segment of the chest wall that moves paradoxically during breathing. This injury, a severe form of blunt thoracic trauma usually caused by high-impact incidents, impairs breathing mechanics, leading to pain, respiratory distress, bruising, and potentially lung injury. Treatment focuses on pain management, respiratory support, and, in some cases, surgical stabilization."

Thinking of everyone George. Has Julie left yet? Or plans.
Lots of decisions to be made pretty quickly I presume?
Hoping for a quickish recovery.
