Bruce, just finished a 20 mtr x 6 mtrs winery and machine room building. Do not buy one of those blades the tool shops say are for cutting coolroom panel, bloody useless, leaves very rough. We used a ferrous blade on a 7" circ saw, perfect.
BTW I have 3 panels left over, might be a bit far to come though ?

I have spent most of the arvo playing with the solar on the Winny. It is typical of most M/home or caravan builds. None of the wiring is sufficiently large enough to function correctly. Looks like it is time to rip it all out and start again. When the rain is gone I will get on the roof and see if any of the panels are still usable. I know that at least one still works.

Ray, you are most unkind.

I did get up on my big platform ladder to check it out, but while that rubber roof is wet it is a no go zone. I scared the bejesus out of myself last year when I was cleaning it. The way the panels are connected is a mystery at the moment.

The rain over the last week has stopped me from checking the roof of our MH too.

You need to come to Mannum so we can check it out and figure out the best way to get it to do what you want.

After the few tests that I managed to complete today, it is embarrassing. I had sort of planned heading over that way prior to the regular May get together. Mr Covid 19 stuffed those plans. My latest plan is to remove all the panels from the roof, recoat the EPDM with the correct product and start again.

You can still do that over here, that would help fill in your 14 day quarantine time
