I am sure this is a silly question, but really can you identify the exact mozzie bite and the location you were at when you suffered said bite? I think this is really a wild goose chase if they are wanting to check that information.

Do you think you can be that specific Dot?

Good luck with it. xxx

I think I have an idea, it might have been the night of the full moon when our travel companions i.e Chuck and his much better half saw a wondrous blue lake somewhere between SA and WA the night was balmy and the air was sweetly scented by the aromas of the native fauna & flora so we threw all caution to the winds and we shed our clothes like a moth sheds it's cacoon. After much rolling on the ground laughing at the sights we were seeing we all made our way into the cool clear waters of this lake we had waited so long to enjoy, on the count of three we all took a leap of faith into what we thought was crystal clear cool water but alas, we all landed on our faces and a couple of us just landed on our protruding guts and other dangly bits in stinky smelly algae laden mud strewn with dead and decaying animals that had also fall prey to the condition known as an "illusion" disheartened and feeing like the mad mud men of PNG we stood in line each one scraping the mud from the body in front of them. After we had cleaned up as best we could we were then attacked by swarms of ravenous mozzies and this is where I believe I got the RRV. :) :)

I thought I had arthritis as some days I couldn't walk and my hands were so sore even holding a cup was painful, so tired a lot of the time and hardly any energy/stamina, headaches like never before,( I was blaming my glasses) stinking hot one minute then shivering the next and the best of all, a snapping turtle on ice going through menopause has nothing on the mood swings. Don't mind what I have as long as I know what. I thought I had arthritis, menopause (again) depression /anxiety, and it was one little mozzie that had a feed  At least it is not a deadly thing and as ever there are lots of people with far worse than this so will just have to suck it up and get on with so watch out Gum Bend.
