Started the Hino to move it from in front of the workshop to the side of the workshop. I think the cloud of white smoke could become an issue in Adelaide in an hr or so ..... after spending a small fortune getting the pump and injectors overhauled, gotta wonder what the problem is, poor compression perhaps?

Started the final clean out and tidy up of our less than 12 month old Elddis Supreme 860 caravan - Ready to advertise it for sale. Our new Winnebago ILUKA motorhome is scheduled to roll off the assembly line in Brisbane early next month and should be ready for us to take delivery by the end of August. It has been a little frustrating trying to get progress updates or a final completion date from the factory. Apollo are blaming outside suppliers tardy delivery on the poor construction progress.
Cheers Chris

Jerry, the person we bought the workshop from, is having exactly the same problem, zero returned calls or replies to emails etc ..... poor way to run a business that is some what cut throat at the best of times

Dot, there are a lot of videos on YouTube about fitting diesel heaters and fault finding when they fail to proceed as req'd.
I put a few vent covers and the airco hood back on yesterday. We are being forecast rain for the next few days so probably won't get much done outside for a couple of days. There is one wall of the house that is fairly well sheltered so I will try and get that done.

I would recommend one of the Chinese units from E Bay, just check out which kit ha all the bits that suit your requirements. They are so cheap you can simply replace it for the cost of having one of the very expensive brand name units serviced. If you run 10% to 20% kero in the diesel you will have very little igniter problems. An occasional run on straight kero and at the end of each season will keep the system clean and burn any rubbish off the igniter. If kero wasn't so expensive, they could be run on straight kero and there would ne no problems at all.
