Bernie, this is the main fridge. What you do not realise is that having G around all the time you have to feed this anaconda man every 2 hrs or so, so if you are out in the middle of wop wop with no cake you had better start running else your leg or bum cheek may be on the BBQ, Also remember we have to have food for my pussy. When you are going away for 5-6 mths you will need all the space a freezer can provide. Remember the ice cream has to be frozen   Then there is my Baileys and Brown Bros Muscato and Strongbow. (When freezer is in fridge mode) 8-)

Dot wrote:]I can answer that question for you my dear Terry, there is a fan on the side wall of the cabinet (behind the passengers seat.. And there you were thinking you had caught us out huh 8-)
2nd pic down you can just see the fan sitting in the hole waiting to be put in permanently when all is correct.
Have you checked to see which way the air moves through the fridge condenser coils Dottie? If the little fan is pushing air in it will stop the hot air across the cabinet problem, but where does the hot air get out?

The fridge fan sucks the air in from L) - R) and the cabinet extractor fan is on the right hand side of the cabinet. The Gman is not totally silly.

The Gman is definitely not silly in any sense of the word.
Well done both of you. The bus is really looking like a mansion on wheels. :D :D :D :D

Dot, in my world, once we leave home with the van in tow, I am on holidays. So the cooking is at a minimum and we try to eat very cheap pub or club lunches and have simple things like a bit of toast for tea. Somehow, all the refrigeration in your van would be a bit of overkill for me. But you will enjoy it no doubt and it is your bus, not my van. Each to their own. xxx ;) ;) ;) ;)

Looks good Dot, how big is it we have installed a 190Lt.
We have found you do need less when traveling for months as well.
We both lose weight, all the temptations are still at home.
And yes the motor home is a credit to George and your self.
Bernie.

Looking good Bernie!
One thing I've noticed (& learned) is that any loose items tend to move slightly forward but mostly to the off side of the road.
Our Civilian has a cupboard/benchtop about 5 foot long on the low side and we can leave phones, bread and other things there while travelling without them falling to the floor.

We use that rubber type stuff on top of benches Bruce you know that non slip stuff.
Carol's bread board never moves. But we have and will have in this fit out a dedicated place fore my phone, its call my belt.
That photo was a while back looks a bit different now.
Working on the sink side at the moment its on the passengers side (only fitting its her work station) amazing what I can say when Carols not here!
What you up so early for you checking the yabby traps?
Bernie.

Cook, :!: cook :!: who cooks when on the road Deborah? The extra freezer space is for the pre cooked meals and cakes and ice cream and pussy food..wine, Baileys more wine and more Baileys. Cook  wash thy mouth out. Freezer space also good for fresh fish.
