RV Homebase, Maryborough Qld

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

254m2 under roof Dirk. Here is the floor plan.Image

Each house is different. There are about 7 base plans which can be modified by the buyers.

Impressed alright. Had no idea they were that big. That verandah is excellent.

Looks like you would be able to get a 40 foot bus in that garage, nice and long with plenty of windows for light.

Not sure if it has a concrete floor in it or not Dirk?
A chap here in Kingston submitted an application to build a garage 4.2 metres high & due to objections from neighbors he was refused.
He built it 3.8m and once finished and 'ticked off' by council he dug out the floor & dropped it .55mts.
Could go down but not up........
How high is the clearance Lesley?

Well if you can't beat them legally there is always and alternative. That was smart thinking.

Chuck, early July at this stage. The garage is 16 x 6 metres on a slab and with 3.6 metres clearance at the door.

The door hieght would be too low for us to get big bus in, we would need 4mtr and it doesn't look like the design would allow for a 4mtr front door or roof clearance.
In the last photo, what is the blue building your verandah looks onto?

Terry, as far as I know 3.8 metres is the maximum door height. The blue building that you can see is the house next door.
