Hi Guys, Thanks David a picture is worth a thousand words as they say. Steve Im sure the Isuzu Motor will take a exhaust brake with out any problems as they are old hat design and tough as.. Not the moden computor run engines... Smile ....
Im a while before I start on that project Dave but gathering data and looking.. I dont jump in and then look been there ect.. I have to do the sound deadening n air con. first or I travel alone.... :o

The SVG brake has a screw which can be adjusted to determine how far the guillotine blade closes.

I read about the adjustment and I was surprised by the negative response. I can appreciate that they might not want to expose themselves if they do not have the information, however, I would have thought there is a calculation that could be done to ensure the back pressure exerted does not exceed the pressure under acceleration.

Bob, The best I could get with my camera. 93 Coaster 6 cyl HZ1 engine, pipe is about 2 1/2 inch. The top one is from drivers side and the other from sort of underneath. It will all make sense if you happen to look at one. And mine works properly now that I fixed the switch on the clutch pedal.

There ya go guys, you can keep the one that you carted all the way from 40 mile Beach! Call it a gift, you deserve it and we had to get another one anyway to get us back to NSW. But we'll see you soon any way just before Xmas or just after, see how we go......

Thanks David, Its been a very busy few months getting this little truck up to scratch. Almost there and now Its time to start looking for the brake.. The air con took some time to sort ,and the side curtains , but its done..
Have new seats and all the sound deading works fine.

Dam, See one should read here more often, smile . Thank you for the offer as you now know we came and picked up our Quad from your area and delivered the nice chair back to you. It could have been faster that AP. well nealy..

Hi People, Took the little truck for a run up the road today,( 100 kph easy) vir a tradeplate, and BEV LOVES it, phewww that was nice as I thought I may have to sell it. The sound deading is 85% better than before. Photos Dot ,I have trouble up loading them...
Its getting close to a finish now so will let you know how it goes...
Will try for a RWC next month as all the big bills come around this time ??? .....just have get away from xmas time....
Your not going to the easter thingo Dot ??
