I found that I could pedal effectively prior to being able to walk comfortably.

Been doing the exercises recommended by physio.
Now my hip is giving me gyp. Can barely walk with support of my walking frame! :(
I just keeps pluggin' away...
Got LOTS of Panadol lollies. :? ;)

Well, Girt arrived unscathed (but a bit grubby with diesel fumes) last Thursday.
Jim the Junior Jeep arrived yesterday in a similar condition.
Trailer is to be delivered 'mid-morning' tomorrow.
No idea why car & trailer are delivered separately. They share a consignment number with the transport company, and apparently shared a ride with the Indian Pacific.
Had I been in charge of the relocation, I'd have hooked the trailer to Jim's towball and treated them as one vehicle.
Go figure...
