Keep your spirits up, Baileys I believe is your spirit of choice, if it doesn't improve the lump in the throat it should at least keep you warm and smiling.

Saw the #1 tongue man this arvo, he was gobsmacked at the size of the neck anyway the plan is for another slashed neck and back to another hole in the neck Having a CT & PET scan and as soon as he gets the results of them it's into theatre, might be a days notice or a few hrs, he said be ready to go when he calls:) So there it is. Fun times ahead hey wot?
