Ask the Worksafe people what the next move is and how you can protect yourself from possible infringement penalties for allowing the "unsafe" practices to continue..... maybe if the inspectors were to issue these people with a written warning if they are caught in the act doing something they had been told was against the Worksafe rules might change their minds about just how serious it was, but in the mean time all you can do is keep telling them not to do it that way as it is against Worksafe policy.... when they say I don't care just tell them it covers your butt and the shops butt against the huge fines and trips to court except for being a witness against them as you have warned them more than once and you will be paid by Worksafe for that one ;)

Anyone tried to get through to a specific dept in a store ie Big W only to be cut off before the dept answered (happened x 3 times) then the next 4 times I rang the store each of those 4 times no one answered but there was music then bugger me it dropped out again  So 4 toll calls is all I got and gave up. Now ain't that service from either Telstra or Big W :?:

Had another day of "probing" As I pulled into the driveway at 1630hrs the ph rang to say "See you in an hr or so" Down the driveway came this bluefalcondragging a trailer loaded with man stuff behind it. It was the T1 he has come to stay, he got to cut up the chicken (I hate the smell of uncooked chook) so we had a couple of Baileys then tea and watched tv for a while then the weary traveller had a shower and has hit the sack. He may have trouble sleeping but Brian might pay him a visit and have a cuddle with him. We are back to the city again tomorrow morning for the Gmans check up so leaving the T1 to look after my pussies. ;)
