It is the bending part for the corners that we are needing assistance with. Shall get a pic for you David.

If I have it right in my head - what you are trying to do - you won't be able to bend the aluminium extrusion, but you will be able to buy ready made corners to match what you need.

You can radius curve flat aluminium bar by panel beating the outer radius of the corner causing the metal to stretch. A very long and slow process that requires a steady hand to keep the hammer face square to the material and a rounded faced panel hammer is required.
If you are talking about the extruded aluminium fly screen material that takes the round rubber tubing to hold the flyscreen mesh in place, forget it, you will not curve that stuff, buy the curved pieces as Steve has suggested, or make them square.

Dot,
You mitre the lengths and push in the corners to hold them together. Then rivet.
Drop in to any fly-wire/ security door place who makes them. They will cut yours and make them. The local guy I use is surprisingly cheap.
Masters and Bunnings sell all the parts too.

j-d told you this is SA and we don't have a corner store.

Shall also your your suggestion of going to the makers of screens but I rang the well known ones and they only do the right angled corners, mentioned curved and they were stumped.

gee, the do have a curve.... I was thinking about the style like the door screen in the photo.
How will they be attached? Because it looks like the window swings out.
