Morning every one light rain here. Have torn the mucles of the right side of my spine again. Has not been this ad in years. Chiro yesterday and will try for another appointment Thursday before my massage. Starting to hate the taste of the pain relieve tables each morning.

A rather late goodmorning to all even though out walking by 4.45 to get home by 5.30 before the heat sets in. He still sleeps on regardless untill 7am.
