Kay, read my thread about MSM, you know how bad my knee was, now have knees of a 20 YO. Works really well on Arthritis.
If you are a home you are welcome to drop over and I will give you some, pretty amazing stuff

Morning Bob that's great news . We off to mingo crossing today just a day trip the kids have been there since Friday.

Happy new year good morning to you Bob and all our regular early risers .
Went to Mingo Crossing yesterday for lunch with the kids. (we get Olivia today) .
We arrived home by 5pm storm hit at 6pm power out for 2 hours 20mm in the gauge . Will find out later today if the storm hit where the kids were camped .

Good new year to one and all Hope there is not to many headaches
My wish for this year for everyone to have good health happness safe travells enough money to cover there needs
