Cowra IS in NSW... and that's NOT where our Cowger is... (hint)
Australia Post often confuses Cowra NSW with Corowa NSW... despite the postcodes.
Corowa is nearly in Vic. It's across the river from Wahgunyah, which is the Victorian version of the town. Corowa is only 10km from us in Rutherglen, and where we shop for stuff we can't get in our town (like mower servicing, Woolies specials, BWS supplies -- beer & spirits -- there's plenty of wine available here ).

Shep has lots of cow sculptures dotted [ ] about... but this one's not one of them. (Could be from the same mould, though...)

Shepparton has lots of cow sculptures with crazy/funny paint jobs.
So does our mystery town...
Someone from this town obviously was inspired by visiting their neighbours.
