How are you going on finding a new house? We are having our second opening this Saturday but the market has slowed down or they think we are a charity ready to give and receive little in return. At lest the shed and yard is getting a good clean up. Cheers Robert.
Right now everything seems to be in the "holding pattern" until we have some idea of what the future holds but still keeping an eye on stuff. I hate open inspections, too many pervs and bored housewifes having a day out :) We had an agent some yrs ago that made sure any prospective buyers had their $$$$ before they were shown through. Saved a lot of cleaning and neatness stress :) Good luck for the next viewing

Saw the man at the radiation clinic this arvo, hmmmm trust me to have some "unusual" twist to this saga. They had not had a case where the cancer biopsy (tongue) had a clear margin and also the glands taken also showed no pathology but to have the cancer re appear on the other side. So the next thing is I see their special dentist to assess that wobbly tooth as any dental work has to be done before treatment, also a time for the mask to be made so most likely I start 6 weeks of treatment 5 days a week in about 4 weeks time. Down sides = might go deaf for a while and have grommets put in for drainage, most likely go bald around the ear area (permanent) loss of taste, dry mouth, may not be able to swallow and need either a naso gastric tube or the peg that goes straight into the gut, tiredness beyond belief, and that was what I could remember. THEN came the lady to discuss the fees     Most is covered by medicare but the out of pocket fee is "negotiable" she started at $3k and we got her down to $1500.00 on a drip feed for the duration of the treatment... So now we wait for the next adventure to begin. Still want that dam steak.
