Sounds good, Bernie. We have emptied the freezer and most of the fridge into the van fridge so tonight was the Chinese leftovers from the day before yesterday. Going to be in the van tomorrow night at Lawnton Showgrounds but after a day of packing and cleaning, I'm guessing it will be another takeaway night. It is so damn hot and humid still here that we are totally over the whole move. Just a couple more days to go!

Curried sausages with a sprinkle of chillie and barley rice, a Margaret recipe and cook up, excellent, hope I can talk her into doing another one when we are on the road to Walker Flat.

Tea tonight was out at friends place in Paynsville crumbed beef , potato bake and vege's followed by an apple pie I made in the caravan oven and quite a few drinks yum yuk good night

I did the corned beef in the dream pot, had trouble cutting it, just fell all over the place, sooooooo tender. I also love the woollies coleslaw heaped on the salad sand with the c/beef with a touch of hot English mustard... Washed down with a Brown Bros or two :roll:

Lesley, no not in the van. Bernie is going to a friend's morning until to-morrow so Bruce sleeping in the house to-night & I will have a peaceful sleep in the van!
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.
