So try using that as leverage for a little more action maybe? A line like, you wouldn't want me to have to go through that again would you gotta be worth a try eh

A couple of things:

The doc sad that after this operation the seminal fluid goes directly to the bladder instead of the nozzle. (might bring comments from the other side)

Also reminds me of the Detective Training School joke:
