Had a phone chat at around 8:15 pm, she had been in surgery for 3 hrs apparently but has no idea what was done ..... she was still out of it on the drugs, but at she still has the foot .......

Thats good that it is done now so lets hope it progresses well. Have a friend that works there and if Marg is still in hosp Monday she will pop in to see her. Always nice to get a visitor.

Good news finally Terry. It's onward and upward from here. Let's hope for a total and complete recovery. Happy Easter.
Cheers

Mini update on the mega $$ trailer

The small square rust spot shows were the guard was originally welded to the frame. The square tube and side light bracket still need to be removed and the light mounted into the guard, so the door will open over the top of the guard.
One guard on 1.jpg
One guard on 2.jpg
Had to put the other guard like that as a shield to keep the horizontal rain from getting the grinders and welder wet ...... but the White House has done its job, no more burning hot sun beating down on me while I work, the melted snow from over Dottie's way was freezing cold, so no further progress was made ...... hope you are happy now Dottie after complaining so much about the heat ;)

The wind is slowly moving the White House closer to the Winnie, those wind gusts are quite strong

I have an idea.

You could put the washing machine in the wire cage.

Fair dinkum it was winter today and my friend had to borrow a jumper from me as she said Mannum was also freezing. Have you finished the reno on the inside of the M/H Terry and why is the trailer getting fixed? If work inside has been finished pics please.

No ..... and it's me doing the work, so I'm doing the trailer, cause I want a break from working on the Winnie ..... at least I can see I'm getting somewhere working on the trailer ...... so there

But the cage has to come off to fit the length of the MG4 .... and as Bernie said, it is in its forever till it dies spot ..... cause it was such a drama getting it in there in the first place :D ...... and it works great in there, just need to sort out a tank for recirculating the wash and first rinse water for when water is in short supply .....

Terry,

With the MG and things, how does the tow ball weight 'balance' work with the position of the MG on the trailer?

Will it be close the the magic 10%?
