Have just sat through ww3 going by the noise .. A full on 10 minutes of stupid fireworks, since when was 10pm the time to disturb people and terrify animals just for the entertainment of twats (A not O) singing stupid songs in the park whilst getting bitten by mozzies.. Some of those bangs would put a red light shop in sex carzed country to shame, sounded like the 3rd 4th and 5th fleet had hit shore. Hope those stupid things start some fires and then they get bloody well banned all together...

Had to tell the real estate agent that has had the cottage of G's aunty's for the past 5mths that we no longer required their non services. That was the evening of Wed, got a letter on Thursday saying how hard they tried but the market is slow but they would be happy to try again later if we wanted them to.. Along with that letter came their account for $1200, They charged $120 for a viewing 1 person through in 5 mths and they charged for showing someone through?? then $50 for a floor plan (which George drew) $500 for office management ??? etc etc In their dreams I say,,Even their "for sale" sign was down within 12hrs.. Pity they didn't work that hard on selling the place..It was even out of contract 2 mths ago as well.. New agent coming to sign up tomorrow, he came 2 weeks ago and showed us what he would do and why, will be many questions asked and written down this time. Wish us luck this time.. Looks like the back yard campers will all be taking to the road on Monday..

I know what your saying about some Real Estate Agents, had a run in with one a while ago when my elderly parents went to down size, long and short of it he wanted it to go to Auction the week after Xmas Hello everyone is away valued it about $100,000 below market value etc etc. had a very doggy contract that they didn't quite understand... I pulled it off the market only be find out later that he was going to get someone to purchase it for a family member.... So good luck with the new agent.

Today Derek was a bit better (still whinging) and G's splatters were gone. Had a really nice surprise mid morning, heard a car door slam and went to look and there was Jenny and Mike (Aussiegirl) coming to the door with cake in hand Did the introductions all around and then we all sat around for a coffee and laughs a plenty. Then it was time for the new real estate agent to arrive and that he did 5 minutes before time arranged Anyway he told us before we even got down to the nitty gritty of paperwork that he may of found a buyer so after some more haggling we signed him up and he will be showing the prospective buyer the house this week so please people keep your fingers crossed for us.. All the happy campers are all tucked up in their wheeled homes, Wendy & Ash are moving off tomorrow for a look around the Barossa etc and Derek & Jo are waiting till the poor fella feels better.. Also expecting a lovely man whom we met just over 12mths ago when we went to his wife's funeral and we have become friends, Then on the 19th we are having a caravan parked up while the owners go home to Cairns for Xmas, then my sister and husband along with their 2 dogs arrive for Christmas. Who knows who and what will turn up after that?? I know our friends Greg & Dee will be back after their 6 mth stint in the UK & USA will be parking out the back in mid January then a sheepish fella from NZ is also turning up in Feb Baby Galahs are doing fine and my pussy is off to the vet tomorrow morning to have her teeth done hoping that may be the cause of her not eating too well. And hoping the man comes to put the flooring down in the bus,, Have to put all the furniture back into the rooms that had the carpets cleaned in. A womans work is never done..
