Ok Chuckles, add us as a "possible" as still working out how to connect with Lesley & Erich for our trip just after that.

Chuck,
Could not see dates on OP, despite later post saying they were edited in...
Could you post the dates (& maybe more precise directions, road names, GPS co-ords, etc) here please?
We might be able to join in, as we're in the 'in principle' stage of planning a trip up Cape York, and Parkes/Forbes would be en route.
If the timing is right... ;-)
PS. SWMBO is Joy

Ray,

This link: http://www.caravanontour.com/free-camps ... -area.html
should give you all you will need.

Thinking that the month of May had 4 weekends I originally figured the 15/16/17/18 would be the 2nd w/e - it's actually the 3rd w/e.

We plan on being there 13-19th

As Bruce stated, 2nd page, first post has the list of attendees & the updated info regarding dates & I will add the above link as well.

"tanks" here---hanks for the link Chuck.
The "bird-in-the-box" should be able to get me there; Lot 7004, Gum Bend Road, CONDOBOLIN N.S.W.
So it is now WA, SA, Vic, NSW. All I have to do is drive down the street, turn Left, and drive about 4,000 km, buy diesel, WEIS BLOCKS, dog food, and smoked salmon. and keep up with the Pope Mobile and any other Forum members who join the convoy.
Keith.
