Can you imagine what is going on in hospital? Dot, the former nurse, not being able to tell the young nurses what she thinks! And she can only gesture with one arm because the other one is in her mouth.

Can't imagine that Dot would be thinking to much about anything that's going on around her tonight, give her a few days to recover I think, just the thought of the operation sounds very painful.
