Dottie,
Unless G takes some piccies, it might be a copywrong!

Then again, it could be a copyleft!

I reckon the most important cooking appliance to take on any trip is SWMBO.

Lesley....swisslulu
The system is very expensive and there's quite a lot of negative stuff written about it on forums but we are delighted with it. We figure it works similar to a pressure cooker, using vacuum. The system has a website. Www.nutrimax.com au and if you search nutrimax you can read some of the forum posts. It's so easy to clean, hardly uses any water. Took me a while to get used to it. What you do say for veggies is you put a couple of tablespoons of water in the bottom of the saucepan, put the special lid on, low heat, then when the lid whistles you shut a vent, turn the heat off, wait a few minutes and its cooked. If you burn the skillet you just put a couple of drops of water in it, warm it and the burned area floats off. You can use one heat source and pile the pans on top of each other.
No Teflon. Stainless steel and titanium. Surgical grade.
Not for everyone but we figure they will last our lifetime and that of our children's!
Cheers

Thanks for the explanation, Dee. I had never heard of that type of cookware before.
Kay, I probably have been told but do you have to be on power or generator to run your convection microwave to cook scones for example? I imagine it draws a lot of power. How did the roast go in the new Baby Q?
Cheers
