Lesley G's spots change from minute to minute, they come, they go, re appear here but not there etc etc not itchy either.

I can beat that, mine is dermatitis/eczema.

Oh that must be so itchy George, Have a friend with that and she uses goats milk soap, she says it helps.

Dot if it comes & goes, one would think it might be an allergy ?

Dottles, I don't think you should be talking about Lesley's G spots like that on an open forum, if she was silly enough to tell you something of a private nature you should at least limit the spread of such "news" to emails

As far as George's rash, you still haven't replied to the "Little Blue Pills" being a possible cause. George should be more careful about what he eats, she is probably baking them in the scones George, a very different approach to "Self Raising flour" could be the cause perhaps?

That looks like a washing powder reaction, try washing his stuff in wool wash or similar neutral try detergents. There was a washing detergent to did that to me at one time, a poor wash rinse will sometimes have a similar effect so might be worth thinking about
