Dot, Is there a reason that you think that you need to drink stout? If your kidneys aren't the best, I would recommend that you don't drink too much as it will really knock you around.

Wasn't that a real early Toyota, a bit like a Hilux but more small truck style than passenger vehicle ute?
Coopers Stout 50/50 with lemonade makes a great meal in a glass. I remember back in my younger days being with a group of under age drinks and one of them sprouting about how Stout put lead in your pencil, the rather worldly barmaid leaned over and said "no point in having lead in your pencil if you are only going to scribble in your hand" loud enough for everyone at the bar to hear. The laughter went on for ages and I though the kid was going to pass out from lack of blood, it was all in his face and ears :lol:

The reason for the Stout interest was because of my lack of appetite etc my GP suggested I give stout a go. HTFFBO is getting a bottle today for US to try. ;) (more like her to try)

My dear old g'father only drank stout, ate rolled oats every morning &' in later yrs., mainly lived on PMU rich beef soup because he reckoned that he couldn't chew & lived to 94 1/2, still rode his push bike at 90 :lol:
