Dot, Terry may have a good thought there. Have you tried slurping the strongly medicinal type, Manuka honey? This may help with the healing of those damned ulcers. xxxx

And the show stopper is I have been manic with cleaning and tidying up everywhere, even ventured into G's shed and had a go at that as well The thing that gets me is now when I go into a shop I actually buy stuff much to G's surprise

Sounds like you may be on those 'Aerial' pills I was on a while ago...
Tell your #1 Tongue Man about your manic episodes... could be you're laying up a problem for yourself trying to get off whatever meds are causing it.
Otherwise, do what the Nice Doctor says, and remember, we're all rooting for you.
Um... maybe I should rephrase that, but you know what I mean.

'Helen the boring one' let Wendy know that things were sort of OK but Dot was having a bit of an Internet holiday.
Seems Facebook is still being used a little bit though.

Dottie was off to see the specialist on Monday and expected they would put her in hospital to give George a rest. She needs all the good wishes and love her forum family can send, this sort of stuff can really do the head in. After going through a crap load of stress etc myself I can imagine that tuff old chook face she puts on is covering a simmering pile of what the black dog drops on you when you aren't looking.

Dottles, if they have put you in hospital for a rest then you'd better rest and not boss the nurses around, or they might get even while your asleep, like waking you up every 15 mins to ask if you are ok
