Hey, Dottie,
How’s the tongue/arm and ulcer collection going?
Are you travelling?
We’re looking at a trip to SA in early November. Target: Kalangadoo and surrounds. (Rose nursery for SWMBO

)
You gunna be home? Or will it be sold by then?
Might swing by en route to or from.
The tongue (original part) has proven to be the worst for the ulcers as the heavier doses of radiation were on that side (Right) they are still very sore and a few new ones pop through every now and again. The arm tongue has fared a bit better but it has less movement due to how it has been anchored to the mouth floor (sort of like being tongue tied on the side rather than in the middle of tongue)
The arm(R) graft site is healing nicely.
The leg graft is finally starting to look a better colour and does not itch any more.
Where the tooth was taken out before this op one of the clips has started to make it's wat to the gum surface

Like the one that came out of the tongue before.
Because of the ulcers I was told to leave my plate out at night, but then came the prob of me clenching my jaw and one of my bottom teeth has dug into the top gum making that sore. Can't win a trick lately
And to top things teeth wise off, as my gums have shrunk the dam denture decides to go out all by them selves, they even do it when I am trying to talk to people in shops
White Pussy I think is subsiding a bit so very happy with that. (so is Gman) I see the Drs and other specialists at the council support place on Monday for assessment on what services I need, Medication review, shrink type person, speech therapist, physio, dietician and what ever else they deem I need. I get so frustrated with the speech side of things, I have to stop and really concentrate on what I want to say, most times I sound like the guy in the wheelchair on Little Britain

Anyway tonight I tried to gum a piece of chocolate but that didn't work, too sticky and it wouldn't go down the throat and it did hurt a bit so no more for me. I think I may have a little ? stricture / shrinkage down the throat , feels like I'm trying to swallow an orange through a 10cent sized opening. Will mention this on Monday.
You mention early November Ray? we are hoping to be at the Normanville cp for 5 days and those dates are tent booked for 12th -17th Nov, so we may catch up
The house won't be sold by then, not even on the market yet.
