St George Tyre Service fitted the tyre but needed a tube as rim was damaged, the LHR was going down [just got me the 80k on 3 wheels] when taken off it was down to the wire so another 2nd hand tyre was fitted. I am now parked up in a business yard in Quirindi NSW for the night.

Sounds like an alignment problem Peter? You should get thousands of KM's on a trailer axle?

On the road again. Left Port Macquarie this morning now at "Gins Leap" RA about 6k N of Boggabri. Will stay here tonight and drive to Narrabri [51k] in the morning for the CMCA Rally.
