So do the above post mean you are coming north- sure be good to see you & George babe again-be it Ephinstone or somewhere! else We will be collecting wood on the up that is for sure.

When we were at Rocky Creek camp ground a couple of years ago, some chapter members came around & invited CMCA folk to attend the Xmas in July rally at Mareeba, it was a very friendly invitation, we declined but did go to the open day & bought a new inverter at a good price.
We have camped in areas where chapters have been having a meet but have always found the folk friendly & been invited to join them.
We have found more discrimination from individual folk in bigger more expensive units who seem to think that they are better & have often found that these same folk are the ones that litter.
Definitely more likely to get a wave from another bus when on the road than from a MH or caravan

If the creep changes his plea to guilty before his court date we shall take off asap, might not make the initial day of the 29th but could get up there shortly after, hoping IT does the right thing.

A beautiful day at Lake Elphinstone, blue skies, 28 degrees, slight breeze.
The place is about half full with around 50 rigs. A great location.
No potable water , closest is 24km away, there are cold showers available though.
Three redclaw out of eight traps this morning. Not exactly a feast

I think it's been decommissioned Bernie, a relic from the past. No good for me, I need cold beer and hot showers.
