Can you imagine what is going on in hospital? Dot, the former nurse, not being able to tell the young nurses what she thinks! And she can only gesture with one arm because the other one is in her mouth.

Thanks for the update Helen. I am sure that Dot is still totally out of it at he moment, so the misdameanors of the nursing staff wont be annoying her just yet.
I do hope that Dot is up to keeping them right on the ball asap. xxx

As you lot know I am having a rather big operation on the 4th Nov for cancer of the tongue, so I would like you all to be jolly and funny about such a rotten disease. I will not be offended by anything you lot say as long it is meant in humour.. Who wants to see the pics of it's progression up this time? I won't put them up unless ok with you lot. Shall leave you to ponder I'm off to the chiro to see if she can relieve my neck tightness .

For all those who think we may be being disrespectful to Dot at this terrible time, above is her original post in this thread.
All my posts are meant in jest and in the spirit of positivity, hoping to support Dot with humour, which we all know she enjoys.
