Isn't that what happens with sleep apnea? Not the permanently bit though.

HONEY, I’M HOME!!

SWMBO was anxious to collect me, too.
Good to be able to sit in my own favourite recliner chair.
As it happens, it reclines to just the right angle to be comfortable for my scrambled ribcage.
Home cooking again, too!!!
Dr says I won’t be pain-free for about THREE MONTHS!
Gotta take things quietly. So messing about with wood is out for the time being. Also can’t play with my unicycle yet.
(That’s a joke, Joyce.) 
Have prescriptions for six different pills
, mostly painkillers. No oxygen required. However, wheely-walker is. Good thing I’m an experienced pilot — nine months on one when I broke my leg in WA in 2016...

Great to hear Ray pain can be mananaged but they gave youthe pills for a good reason so please use them when required. Cheers Robert
