I ran a length of pipe from the front of the bus(heater behind left headlights) to the middle to kitchen. It went through(around) the front right wheel arch. 20000ks and no marks or holes in pipe! The picture below is the pipe that I have used for the back heater, similar to that of the front. It is a concertina type from Bunnings with insulation wrapped around it and zip tied. Then I wrapped heat resistant silver tape around the whole length of pipe.The pipe into the kitchen as per photo is storm water pipe painted black with the outlet screwed to the pipe.

How right you are Terry, I sent the seller another email asking them to clarify their last reply, got another jumbled sort of reply once again so I sent them this. " Seeing as you either don't know how to read or understand what I have been asking you can you understand this"? "Can you understand and read the English language"? Ended up getting the extra of the hot air piping from Pinnacle in Melb so all sorted (I think)

Sorry for the late reply, we've been trundling around the back roads in western NSW for a few weeks with either very poor or non existent phone coverage for many campsites we stayed at so haven't bothered logging in.
I don't have a pic of the cable tie mounted pump and the vehicle involved has gone home. By mounting the pump that way you don't need the loops in the fuel line as it can wobble around so doesn't push the noise along the pipes. Basically the rubber mount on the pump is tied with 5mm ties to the inside bottom of a 12mm wide cable tie which is formed into a 75mm circle. The larger cable tie is then fastened to your mounting point on the opposite side away from the pump which allows the pump to wobble around and stops the click being transmitted to the vehicle body. In fact you can't hear it at all.
We were stuck in a campground south of Bourke for three days after 42mm of rain overnight and when we left once the road had dried out we had to go through a few damp patches and enough red mud was thrown up to coat the cable tie arrangement and turn it into a solid mount once the mud had dried. The Sherwood's owner came over to me and asked me to check the heater as it was now ticking when in use and she thought something was wrong, she hadn't ever heard the pump tick and wasn't aware it ticked at all. A quick squirt with a hose saw the mud removed and silence restored!
I did that install in a friends recently acquired Suncamper Sherwood on a 4wd Hilux chassis, it was quick and a bit nasty as I had the 5kw heater in the shed and enough bits to install it for our recent trip. The Sherwood is well insulated and the 5kw was way too much heater for anything higher than freezing and the owner often left windows or even the door open to regulate the temperature.
We've ordered a 2kw unit to replace it, be wary of advertised 2kw units on ebay check the physical size as they are much smaller than the 5kw units and I will fit it when it arrives.

with the fuel line, it can be purchased. Bear in mind, it must be the thick walled, narrow ID pipe. This is to ensure when the pump pulses, the pulse of fuel travels all the way to the burner. If the pipe is soft, the pulse is absorbed by the pipe soft wall and doesn't squirt into the burner.

These guys sell it.... bit expensive but is the right size. (but do check the size of your pipe. OD and ID). Also remember to replace the crappy rubber hose joiners with proper fuel line that is double wall with a internal weave. The Chinese rubbers crack and leak. Eventually, it leads to a one child policy.
