Brian was showing the human race what it means to "leave no trace" and to be under control when out of the bus. Last night the internet was terrible, on then off a bit like Oh never mind

Right now having lunch atop of Madura Pass. The weather has been alright, some light showers and light breeze. Expecting the wind to be from SW tomorrow so might just stop still for the day. Have not seen any wild life once again apart from 1 eagle having a feast of a roo. Tonight I may chain the Gman up with a nappy on and see if a handsome dingo comes for a photo shoot!! Got a bit better fuel consumption yesterday 3.7 ks pr lit. Met some people in a 40ft towing a hilux twin cab 4x4 and he was getting 2.4 ks pr lit.

We have a NW wind blowing but temp., is 25.6c so a pleasant winter day, white tips on the waves rolling across the lake.
Bruce has almost completed installing an extra 3 x 200w solar panels so don't think we will ever run out of power.

This was the lunch spot today. Now stopped at the water tanks about 150ks east of Balladonia. The sides of the roads are water logged so no going off the black top for sure. Can see where the trucks have done a sleepy detour. Once again service is slow and sketchy and that is just George let alone the internet

Off for the afternoon walk about to inspect the bush rose population

Refuelled at Balladonia ($1.73 Cpl)had a bit of a weird one call me brother

through the window so not hanging about there.. The westerly wind predicted didn't happen today so we plodded along to just a few ks outside of Norseman for the night. Washing to be done showers to be had

. Shall have a good look around the town tomorrow but will not be buying fruit and vegs there at the over inflated prices because I prepared meals and stewed fruits before we left

About 150ks east of Balladonia I nearly wet myself with excitement

I actually spotted one camel just a few mts off the road, at last a living breathing animal.. I am sick of being "jumped on" at sunrise each morning

No it is not the Gman it is the terrorist Brian, he goes berserk at sun up and sun set

The road across from Ceduna to Norseman is a real pleasure to drive on, pot hole free and smooth as... and not a lot of traffic either. When we came over here this time last year there had been a fire through between Balladonia and Norseman but this year the re growth has been amazing. Lots of boggy ruts in some of the rest stops but we have managed to avoid them for now. The sun is still shining so we are pleased. Water is hot now so catch yu's later..
