Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning all overcast but that says nothing. Getting very used to using left hand when ever I can. 2015 fell over in Townsville and past 12 mths have developed Bursitis in right shoulder. Trying to put off physio but cortisone from 5 Oct has run its course and it was 2nd time this year - first lasted about 5mths with no pain. My venoplus machine dose help with the referred pain right down as far as elbow. Have a good day everyone.

30 years ago I suffered severe pain in my shoulder along with Tennis Elbow, needed to sleep with arm hanging from side of bed to ease the pain. Two courses of cortisone injections did not help in the slightest so finally went to a physio who laid me on my bach with my head hanging over the end of the table following which she placed one hand under my chin and the other at the back of my neck, asked me to hold on to the table an proceeded to pull on my head. The pain disappeared instantly and my wife at the time performed the same a few times with me lying on the kitchen bench and I have never had the problem since.

Morning all. Stayed the night at back of the Copper Coast hotel Wallaroo. No charge if you support the pub and are self contained. Heading south today and will find a spot to camp and just do day trips to look around.

Lesly thank you for your suggestions

Have a great week folks cheerd Robert

Hey Robert!!
How did you bloods report back?
I got a smack! Dr reckons 10.7 is too much. Changing to a new drug. (didn't say to stop eating chocolate!)
