Good Morning All,
Left Kyffens Reserve now at Forges Beach No 2. Vic side of the river.here for two nights, Then Big Toms Beach [3k N of Cobram] for one night.
Thirteen of us now, one got sick at Ludlow Reserve and went to Hospital, his MH was taken to the hospital and parked in the car park but the next day while he was still in hospital his van caught fire [built on a Toyota ute] in the engine compartment and KT wrote it off.

Good morning everyone on another beautiful QLD day even though muggy it is tolerable with the sea breeze thank goodness. Just heard vacuum start- love the useless right shoulder when I hear this noise. Have to admit he does it better than yours truly anyway.
Full thickness tear in fibres of subscapularis tendon and 2/3 tear in supraspinatus tendon as well as Bursitis. Back to physio today - definitely do not want to have to go the surgery road. Home tens machine with hot water bottle following certainly stops the pain until I do something stupid with that arm.
