Good thing too, I am off to Cairns for a few weeks by myself next week.
William
Hey William I might just beat you to the nut torture if HE doesn't pull finger. I bite not kick.
You are such a tease Dottie  The plans have now changed to getting a big shed built in the back yard to restart the Rustic Inn Perfection build. The Fire station would have been great but when the price went to $400,000 we decided to look into building a workshop here instead. Just waiting on the concreters and dirt diggers to quote on the work involved, then if we are still able to stand after the shock we will approach council and see what they say.... that will give us a better idea of the potential issues, we have already sorted the sewer line issues, we can cut the end off the back patio to get clearance to drive the bus in and out, so now we just need to find out if we can actually have the shed there.

Getting there Wayne, have the batteries ordered and the new microwave ready to go in TV is not a necessity for now and Bruce has 12v meter so G can go exploring. Plenty of other stuff to do around here as well so all go at the mo. Yard guests arrived this arvo 8-) so maybe not a lot of work will be done . Oh yes the door between the bedroom and the rest of the bus is in and swinging well. :D All water tanks have been washed out and run through with bleach and the cassettes have also been serviced (cleaned and greased). So are you going to go to the gathering that is being set up by good ol Jon? good ol Jon he is wonderful (crawl crawl)
Go for it Terry, Oh BTW teeth in or out :?:

Last weekend on July, I will be at Lighting Ridge for their opal festival (flogging my wares of course) and then the following weekend we will be at Sapphire/Anake for their gem festival. Maybe we will wave at you as you all pass by, or you could arrange a day to visit one of the festivals. They are both very different and interesting, even if you don't want to buy gemstone or amazing glass jewellery.

By the looks of it, the area should be nice n warm. Last year we were hunting down summery clothes for the opal festival, we sweltered during the days, but the nights still had a chill.

Wouldn't mind this gathering myself. Maybe we can wander there depending on where we are at the time. Would be worth it to see Terry's bus after all these years.
