Might be another wheat growing farm soon perhaps?
"tanks" here--- BruceS,
They did not respond within the allowed time after they were served, so now my solicitor has applied for a Default Judgment. I now have to wait for a date to be set for the Registrar to assess my claim for damages, hearing, and settlement which can take several weeks if the Registrar is busy. Once they are served with the Registrar date of hearing they may apply to "set aside" the date and apply for more time if they have a good reason other than just to prolong the hearing.
Roll on July to make it 1 year since the engine damage.
Keith
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Re: Good morning daily
Morning all!
Very overcast here this morning. Little bit of rain overnight.
A little activity at the marina started yesterday.
A maintenance wharf is being constructed.
The 30ft hardwood posts (pylons?) are being driven in place with the "mother-of-all" vibrators.
No pile driving thump, thump with this lot! A large hydraulic attachment on the end of an ordinary excavator boom vibrates the posts into the very deep mud/clay.
Makes my false teeth rattle!!
