Good morning. In the time it took the panel lift door to close yesterday afternoon we were $380 poorer! Broke the main big spring- car inside! Found a repairer who said he would come up then for many more dollars but no thanks. Coming today & no idea when. Dr appt 1.40 but only 14min walk so shall walk down if not pouring down rain- hahah- rang surgery and as for just a referral for that horrible squeeze x-ray will do a phone consult. No more reminders for over 75s.
Took extra strong pain pill last night- bought home with me after new knee and only taken one before.
Good morning daily

Re: Good morning daily
Fine misty rain here this morning. The blue sky has gone missing. Build up to Saturday when 15mm to 35mm of rain is forecast along with a high of only 19 during the day. Might be time to break out the winter woolies from the Tvan! We will be socialising today with friends driving out from Julatten to visit our hideaway. Feeling a bit down though - hurt my back throwing a ball for the dog a couple of days ago.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. No rain overnight here. We are going on the big walk this morning. A little drive up to Paradise Point to watch the sun come up. Helen and Bob, you can come with me if you want, it is nice and flat, so easy walking.
Enjoy the big smoke Bernie.
I hope the shoulder is better this morning Macca, and Cuppas back too. No more throwing stuff for the dog.
Have a great day everyone

Re: Good morning daily
It was a beautiful sunrise this morning. And a very late moon rise too, as you can see the moon in the middle of my pic. This is the top of the Broadwater - mouth of the Coomera River looking out over Sovereign Island and the river was like glass this morning. There weren't many people about when we started our walk, but they were coming thick and fast by the time we got back. I usually do our morning walk up along the Coombabah Ck, but I thought that both Helen and Bob might enjoy a change of scenery.
