Stopped 56ks out of Kimba Sat & Sun due to the heat. Genny did her thing all yesterday.. Hit Kimba 10am today for mail and shopping. Decided to stop here tonight due to the heat so out at the free camp at the rec grounds. Good water, hot showers ($1 a go) don't run out as instant gas. very clean loos, dump point, rubbish bins, solid flat ground and some larger trees. Got a 5th wheeler in and guess what time he fired his LOUD genny up? 8pm till 9.30pm.
Flies are still bad so don't go outside much. Heading off to museum in the morn then off towards Pt Agutta. C U

Parked up about 10ks from Pt Pirie, watching the trucks battle the caravans
Q/ When the truckies say Evil kneivels (sp) are xyz are they meaning motorbike coppers??? Very windy night last night but ever so good for sleeping. Hoping to watch the wheat get harvested tomorrow if the stuff is dry enough. All the gear is in the paddock.. Don't like all this traffic

Presently parked at the back of the St Agatha's Church and in front of the cemetery
for tonight. Good area, loos and rubbish bins.. (The Arthurton Rest Area) Not at all impressed with this part of the world, give me the Nulla anyday. The towns have very poor signage and all you see is wheat. Catching up with Ray & Joy tomorrow.
Trouble is their cp don't accept furr babies, poor Brian & Miss meow so we are going to their other cp that does allow them Discrimination against furry kids

Just got back from tea at the local bowls club here in down town Stansbury. Got here around lunch time and word had travelled about how incredible my pussies were and so we were granted entrance to the elite waterfront park next to the Ray & Joy show.
It is like Brian was rubbing this into the noses of all the other dogs and cats that are not permitted into the elite area as he was sitting in the front looking out over the ocean
I can vouch for this park as well, very nice and worth the $25.20. powered site overlooking the sea.

We are at a friends place at Minlaton and seeing as Les (our friend) was the top mechanic for Gilberts transport we asked him to have a look at the "sloppy" play in the wheel. Diagnosed something that I have written down somewhere (forgotten the exact name he used) but he said it had to be overhauled by the people we usually go to for wheel issues and said it may cost a bit:( but has to be done (safety) All going well with us and will be heading towards home in a few days time but ever so slowly.
